The 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE) in 2023 has awarded 3 exhibition booths to the high-end honey brands Karibee and Dr.K. CIIE is the world's first national-level exhibition with import as its theme and has successfully held five editions, achieving positive results in international procurement, investment promotion, cultural exchange, and open cooperation. It has become an important window for China's opening-up to the outside world.

The 6th CIIE will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from November 5th to 10th, 2023, under the theme "Sharing the Future in the New Era." The enterprise and business exhibitions will continue to feature six major exhibition areas: food and agricultural products, automobiles, technical equipment, consumer goods, medical equipment and healthcare, and services trade. The division of specialized areas in the corporate exhibition section will be further optimized, and efforts will be made to invite more professional visitors and plan year-long professional activities, continuously enhancing the satisfaction of exhibitors and customers.

A total of 69 countries and 3 international organizations will participate in the national exhibitions of the 6th CIIE, including developed countries, developing countries, and the least developed countries, with 64 of them being jointly constructing the "Belt and Road." Among the participating countries, there are both "old friends" who have participated in multiple editions and "new faces" with 11 countries participating for the first time in the national exhibitions. Additionally, 34 countries will be participating offline for the first time. This year, various means such as on-site displays and interactive experiences will be used to showcase the fascinating content from different countries in the fields of technological innovation, advantageous industries, and investment environment.

Karibee and Dr.K, as high-end honey brands from Australia, are part of the century-old beekeeping family heritage of Western Australia. Their origins can be traced back to Peter Detchon's beekeeping farm in 1900. In 1975, the beekeeping family established a new beekeeping farm in the Moore River National Park, located more than 150 kilometers north of Perth in Western Australia's central-west region, which became the breeding base for Karibee bees. During the flowering season each year, Peter and his team of beekeepers transport the beehives from the breeding base to various pristine forests in Western Australia to harvest honey.

Extensive scientific research has confirmed the nutrient composition of honey, earning it the reputation of "liquid gold." The unique production processes have distinguished Karibee from other Western Australian honeys, establishing its high-end status. As the homeland of the Manuka tree, Dr.K honey continues the indigenous honey collection methods and retains the original taste and ecology of Manuka, making it highly favored by consumers.

Karibee honey, characterized by its authenticity, contains over 70% glucose and fructose, which can be directly absorbed and converted by the human body. It is also rich in enzymes, proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and natural active substances that play important roles in the digestive process and metabolic reactions of the body. Therefore, Karibee honey has significant effects in regulating stomach function and maintaining intestinal digestion.
